So excited my top from boom29 was finished by the longarmer and she will mail it out today. Can hardly wait. Wish I would have sent the one from 30 also.

Raining here again, we are officially out of the drought. Going to the lake to meet with friends later today. Not sure how many days we will spend there, weather forecast isn’t pretty.

To the gym, then a little work then a good audio book and my fall Boom for the rest of the day. Rain Sunday and Monday, so time in the sewing room to finish some projects ..... or nap. Humm, such difficult decisions. Maybe both! That's a plan, both! Enjoy your holiday weekend everyone.

Terriamn, looking forward to seeing your quilt! Am sorry to hear your latest camping experience wasn’t quite up to par. Next time will be better!

I’m stalling getting out for a walk. Slept in and having a slow start today. I am looking forward to going into town to pick up a wall clock, a Westminster Chime, that hasn’t worked for 20 years. The shop fixed it. Woo hoo! I’ve also got a Grandmother clock that’s over 100 years old that hasn’t worked since our move. I’ve finally got the name of a gent who will come to the house to look at it. DS wants it but if it can be fixed, I’ll hold onto it for a few more years until the grands are older. Anyway, time to get dressed and head to the shop. Guess I’ll walk later.

Have a good day everyone.

The dog is bugging me to go outside walking. Can't argue with him!

Good morning. Quick heads up that it’s likely I’ll have to push back my shipping date to later next week. Hav’s blocks are scheduled to arrive on Tuesday. I’m hoping they turn up earlier but since it’s a holiday weekend, I’m guessing it’s not going to happen. Anyway, I’m probably looking at shipping Thursday as next week is very full.

Today we’re off to the White Squirrel festival! White squirrels are common around here. I’d never seen one until a couple turned up at the bird feeder right after we moved in. It’s supposed to be a silly and fun event centered on the white squirrels. lol. We’ve got to get there early so I’m off.

Have a lovely day.

Good news Boomer doesn’t have cancer and is rapidly healing, his tail has started wagging again

Yes Janice hopefully my next camping trip will be better. One funny thing( funny now) that happened. My feet were so muddy I went to the shower house, fully dressed I leaned down to soap up my feet and the shower turned on drenching me. Had no idea it was motion activated.

White squirrel festival sounds like fun.

Terriamn, excellent news about Boomer! I hope he’s fully recovered soon. I think if I’d have been drenched fully clothed I might have uttered a few expletives. Motion activated? Live and learn.

So happy Boomer doesn't have cancer and is feeling better! Yaaaaaaaayyy!

My dog Marty has a lipoma on his side, that the vet pointed out to me. He says if it grows much he can remove it. So far it doesn't seem to be bothering him at all.

Today is our anniversary... 39 years! Will probably go out to dinner tonight.
