Thank you. That block is called “Round A What”, and is in the book “Quilt Block Genius” by Sue Voegtlin. I just started using that book and have already found two patterns with errata. But they were easy to figure out.

loved that pp snowman too. Such personality!/

Terri, I’m so happy that Mini Bob Bear is ministering love and happy memories to his family and friends. Thank you for sharing that. Safe travels to your Texas home.

Here in Mississippi it is 60 degrees this morning. Just beautiful weather! I’m wearing a sweater to church, til it warms up a bit. Loving these cool mornings.

Beautiful blocks posted today. Here are my 3, for Hav, Lstew, and TG. Hope you like them, ladies!
Thank you for my block, I love the fussy cutting. This block will fit in also

Janice glad your walk was fun and your family was with you. Making great memories.

Sewbiz 3 fun blocks and HAV’s block is new to me also. Hope with you making 3 blocks you are feeling better and stronger. We were at my friend’s last night that the memory bear was for. Everyone passed around the mini Bob and exclaimed over memories from his fabric body. One of Bob’s friends from childhood had tears in his eye and said thank you, that is the best gift

Sewing machine is packed up and I filled that case full. Hubby said what the heck are you trying to kill me. I thought it was easier packing it to the hilt rather than packing another bag of fabric. Oops guess not. Well now I know 🤷‍♀️. He said the new car has tons of little crannies so no problem packing extras. The dumb thing is there are actually more places to buy fabric relatively close to us in Texas than here.

Have a good day, blustery as all get out here
Terri, Hope you have a safe trip.

Two for Terriamn and two for WMUTeach. I think I have finally caught up with photos. Have two more blocks to go, but plenty of time!

TravelingGramma, 8 fabulous blocks! Wow. Love the brown you used with WMU’s, the softness of your blocks for SusieQ and that red/orange in one of Ibex’s blocks. Great job.

WMU, I made pumpkin bread but I cheated by using a mix. Won’t be as tasty as yours but it was quick. It’s still baking and the aroma is beginning to fill the house.

Beautiful blocks TG, Great job.

I also made three blocks today. I feel like spent just as much time with my seam ripper as I did at the sewing Machine. So it is time to quit for the day. I made one for Ibex and 2 for sewbizgirl.

LStew and TravelingGramma -- my blocks are delightful and will fold easily into the beach blanket! Thank you!! I need to go look at the gallery now that I am surrounded by fabric loaded with quilting block ideas. It is nice having time to sew! Hugs to all. I haven't read anything beyond this page so I am sure I will have interesting things to pick up on very shortly!

Great blocks, Lstew. So frustrating to have to fix blocks with the ripper. I had a couple like that this round. Good you quit to give yourself a break.

Sewbiz, turns out I have the Quilt Block Genius book you mentioned and I found the block for Hav. Thanks for sharing that info.

TG, Since so many of us like the snowman, can you share the source of that jolly fellow?

And.......thank you so much for the two additional blocks for my future quilt. Both unique and both will add much to my future quilt(s).
