I am sure that as we go into this SBS that a few more will want to add their names........I will share my month to make this huge success...I can not hand stitch so I machine stitch with invisible thread or blanket stitch with thread color matching fabric...or use embroidery thread & zig zag it on to outline. There are a lot of ways to make "right"

Well, if we could get enough to join in, I would be glad to have 5 calendar sets. I just don't want to have anyone make more than 12 blocks other than by choice. So Memathomas, keep watching and if 11 more want to join in, I will certainly welcome them! This is such a great swap.

If need be I can give up a month. I have May and October. Either one is fine by me.

I thought I would post one of mine so far... is this ok?
is it too big? it is 9 inches... I don't know if its ok to add lace and ribbons- I just thought I better find out before I make the rest.

Its fun! I am excited to create more!

I'm looking at it online... and really its a cream back ground- it looks really white- but ist really is cream with a little white swirly pattern. do you want something different?

Is this okay???? Are you nuts???? THIS IS ADORABLE AND PERFECT FOR YOUR MONTH!!!! Just make sure that the block itself is 12.5 unfinished. A 9" SBS is perfect!
