Deb, I made a practice one of mine so I would rather not have one back of my own. Thanks for keeping all those girls. I cannot imagine the racket they make at your house.

Mine went out priority this morning. I almost cried to see them go. (I was up past midnight getting them done!)

My blocks are finished except for trimming to 12 1/2 inches.
I am doing hand applique and I always start with my background a little larger to allow for pulling and shrinking as I applique.
Do you want me to trim to 12 1/2 or send them as they are and let the new owner trim?

They will be in the mail tomorrow.

I cut mine at 13" and am leaving them so they will get there on time! Mine are also going out in the morning priority mail! My problem comes down to a kite that is supposed to sew onto the sashing, do I sew it partialy on, or just pin it to the block? If I sew it on less than half will be attached to the block....what a silly problem!

I would suggest to leave them, especially because of the applique. Then when the get to their new homes, the mommy's can starch and make them fit in with the new girls. I always like a little too big than a little too small.
