they have predicted snow and sleet here by noon today so i am on my way to the post office to mail my packages before the bad weather gets here. the temp as already dropped to just at freezing so i believe the weather predictors today.

oh by the way, i just heard on the radio that starting in the spring, the p.o. will start delying delivery of first class mail to help save money. hmmmm it seems to me that they have already done that. oh well this news can only mean that the mail delivery will get even slower.

well, that must be me, no one has furbaby as snuggy as our Ray. DH took off about 1 1/2 hours ago on his own for Sausagefest...I figured out I was too dizzy to go (so no visit, Candi and no personal delivery SP), but not to sew...sew I just got finished sewing together 10 " panels to use if I need to extend the backing which I think I do....my brain is just not functioning too well so I thought I'd allow 8" extra all around, but then I'd have to piece the batting and don't want to do that so I'm gonna go with smaller margin of error.

I need to get my SP package in the mail, first thing tomorrow, have already used up my allotment of energy for the day...but may clear off my rolling table to be used to sandwich the entire package. I think I'm going to try cutting the batting in thirds, seems like it'll make the package more manageable...but not till tomorrow after mailing the package.

Robyn, what ever you're making is wonderful, love the bright colors...did you cut with a Go or some other cutter, it's all so neat and looks so well placed...

Oh wow, that's not good. Because the mail got really slow this year. And the prices on a quick delivery was an eye opener. Be safe while your out.

grammyj,

Thanks for asking about my mug collection and which ones
I am missing.

The list is below.

Alabama
Arkansas
Connecticut
Delaware
Georgia
Idaho
Indiana
Louisiana
Massachusetts (my SIL is from MA and has never brought me a mug on her visits back there)
New Hampshire
New Jersey
North Dakota
Ohio (I use to have 3 OH mugs, ex-MIL stole them from me)
Oklahoma
Oregon
South Carolina (I lived in NC many years and went to SC often never bought a mug though)
Virginia
West Virginia

Looking at the list of what mugs I DO have I realized that my
step-MIL who has to travel for her job has added to my collection
immensely, to date she has given me about 13-15 of my 73 mugs.
The two of us (step-MIL) and I have something in common other
than being married to wonderful men. We BOTH have the name
"Louise" although I am known in the family as "Louise-1" and she is
"Louise-2" (I was in the family first).

Well my car won't start today, guess it is to cold and it dsoesn't
want go anywhere today.
That means no trip to the post office for me today (pout). I will
try to get there tomorrow and get my package in the mail.

Here are the last three clues I have (at least for now).

Clue #5
My sp zip code adds up to 13

Clue #6
My sp likes to read mystery novels

Clue #7
My sp lives SE from me
