I was looking at the sale at www.fabric.com this morning.
I found some English Farmyard Pasture Brown fabric by Benartax for the backing and sashing.
It ought to fit in with the muted colors of my blocks and not show the dirt as much as other fabric.
If anyone is interested have a look.

Dang Susie...25% more off of $3.95 per yrd...???? Thats a great deal, and I think it will look nice with your blocks. I'm not gonna be able to work on mine right away...so I think I'll wait...I do have some really cute cow fabric here though that might work well for the back... :wink:

I forgot to mention there was free shipping since my order was over $35!
I have never ordered from them before so I hope the quality is good.
Since it looks so plain I'm thinking of putting some applique animals around the field.
