I like the market squares! It's so fun to see everyone's different ideas take shape.
I will get our label blocks all put together and get all 3 sets in the mail by next week. Plenty of time! :)

Somehow it ended up here on another post about block of the month chickens!
So many chicken pictures floating around it gets confusing.

Did you make it the 3" size?
I can't do blocks that small so was thinking to make it 6" for another swap.

I found this chicken pattern a long time ago and I made it to be a 12.5" block after adding triangles and a boarder. I think the block actually measures 6.5", set on-point. Hope this is okay or do I need to change patterns. (Already have 6 done.) Gwyn

Put me down for 12 apple trees, BRT. I'm sure I'll get them done.
I still want to make the outhouse but time is flying so I'm not sure of making 12. I'll have to let you know on that one.
48 total may be too many to send, you might not get 48 different blocks.
I figure I need 40 for the quilts for the twins.
Depending on time I may get started on the outhouses and when the time is up and i need to mail I could mail what I have if that would be acceptable. I'll see how it goes. They would be quick if I could just find the right background material. I'll be out later to see what I can find.
I borrowed my sil sewing machine so I am liking the appliqued sewn edges better on this set than on the horses. No time to redo them.
REMEMBER: The rule is you don't look at my blocks closer than from about 3 feet away!
