Hi, everybody! This snuck up on me. I've been busy with other stuff lately and have not checked the board in a while. I do want to sign up for 10 packets of 50. I'm so glad I looked here today!

Welcome CyndyK!!! 10 sets of 50 different charms per set = 500+ will be returned to you!!! Sent you PM with my addy. So glad you joined!!!
Redstilettos, we'd love to have you join!!! Annie is correct, $6.80 is the shipping cost to return to you all 10 sets from other swappers. PM me your decision by Friday, the day after tomorrow! Crossing my fingers that you'll join!!!!
Two Earlybird pkgs arrived today - Jaba (with new addy) & Patrick's Mom, Way to Go, you two!!!
By the way, I live in Broken Arrow, OK
..... not Broken Bow, see under my avatar. We're not from OK & don't even know where that is. Try not to confuse my new mail carrier! I miss Janet!!!
Lots of cool feedback for all you Earlybirds, so keep an eye out!!!

Thanks DJ,
I think I normally would, but I think I am going to pass this time around since I already signed up for the Secret Santa here.
Just wondering, would it be easier (i.e. cheaper) in the future to give out the names so we mail directly to the person? Just thinking it would save on postage. Just a thought
I'll keep watching for the next one!

redstilettos, hope you'll join in the Winter 2.5" swap, January 2017!!! You will be missed this time.
Swapper personal information is kept private on Quilting Board in swaps & your All About Me page, etc. I Private Message (PM) swappers to request their address for each swap even though it was given to me as the host in the last swap. I delete their PM response after the swap is over to protect their personal info & to reduce my PM mailbox count. People relocate, too.
Swap Host (Central Shipping Point Distribution) cost is minimal. Mail costs to & from a Host is usually under $10 for me, usually under 5 cents a charm, my personal goal. If international swappers participate costs escalate but a Host only has to mail back to them in one shipment, cutting costs further. I'd rather save the money, maybe buy fabric with it!!! FYI, I'm a former postal carrier.
Some QB members PM others on board that they've befriended to see if they are willing to do a personal swap. Hope this info is helpful.
I'm in the Secret Santa swap, too. It's wonderful!
hugs,
dj
