I think I would like to try this as well. I have two blocks I like and can't decide which one to do.

I think I would like to try the arrowhead puzzle block if no one has has it, if not I will do the basket weave block.

Count me in. I will do the Greek Cross block from Quilters' Cache. Can't wait to go looking for all those beautiful Fall fabrics.

Don't want to break the rules.

Thanks,

They don't have to the same fabrics. Just the same pattern.

Adriane took the Arrowhead Puzzle just before your post. So I put you down for the Basket Weave. Let me know if you want to change it.

I'm having a hard time with color!
I tried to get my quilt inspector to help and he didn't have a clue.
I am thinking muted reds, oranges, golds, tans, browns, beiges, etc...
Am on the right track?
Or should I be going to the fire blazing colors of reds, yellows, oranges, browns???
:?: :?:
Help!

It's wonderful. Don't change it. I want them! I love the colors.

Suzie - those are great, don't change a thing. I especially like the one on the right as I look at it.

colletta - I still have not decided on my block. Rough weekend for me so please be patient.

I think the muted fall tones will work as well as the deep tones. That's what's so great about fall...such a range of natural colors and values that are soothing and inviting or warm and exciting. In a "sampler" quilt we'll have a sampling of everything, just as offered by a fall landscape.

Okay, I've taken a closer look and I really don't want to try this block in a 12" (dealing with 1/3" divisions does not appeal to me today). Please change my block to Dewey's Victory. Thanks.
