Just wondering, is everyone doing an applique' block? I really love the bright colors and fabrics of fall, but I like the rotary cut strip pieced block. Would that work? Simple and bright? I don't do leaves and squirrels and or turkeys. LOL.

Yes, wouldn't a Bear Paw block in autumn colors look great? I seen the most gorgeous fall quilt in that pattern.

Yes all types of blocks will be represented when they are all in kensington. I am looking forward to seeing your pieced fall blocks.

The truth is, I think you are showing off with those blocks. And, the ONLY way you can redeem yourself is to send me one of them.

Here is my second set of blocks. I have this wonderful fall bird print that I've been waiting for something really special to use it in. I thought it might work for this swap? Uncanned fruits? LOL! I've added some of my batiks also. I know that there's some purple in here, but hope these are okay?

Ohhh Ohhh Ohh Oh, WOW! Those are pretty. I am going to have to get busy next month to make mine. Those are fabulous. This will help me pick out my colors of fabric I have. I have this wonderful stack of fall colors and designs so this will be fun when I get there.

Thanks guys! I was hoping they would work for this swap. Two down, not sure how many more to go? Have to switch gears here and make some more funky log cabin blocks now, then I'll get back to these.
