Am I the only one who sends out Ground Hog's Day cards? (some people call them Christmas cards, but it's usually Feb. 2 by the time I get them all finished)

99 of your favorite things? you must be one incredibly happy person its always so easy to say your dislikes so hard to come up with likes. GOOD FOR YOU, 99 however might make it hard for someone to make your runner (lots of things for one small runner!) so guess you have to come up with a few more just for the runner.
likethedog feeling like my cards are going out just as cruddy late this year. so perhaps they can be ground hog cards if I cross out the wording and add new stuff like happy hog day? .. hum...
these are going to be fun quilts to see Teresa. lucky everyone!

Went and looked at your quilt Jenn, it is beautiful! What a beautiful "life story" told in fabric. Been looking at all your little blocks and trying to relate to what you were feeling. Don't know if anyone ever can but I sure could relate to some of them in my own life with what I thought you meant. That's what's so nifty about it, everyone can relate something in their own life that probably had nothing to do with what you had in mind. Imagination is great isn't it. Thanks for sending the link, it's a beautiful quilt!!!

I've been thinking a lot about one of my favorite things this morning: Rain. Liquid water, shall we say. We had an unusually long spate of unusually cold weather, down to 9 degrees one night and in the teens and low 20s for more than a week, and when the temperature finally went above freezing and the rain started Thursday evening it was such a relief. Rain, rain, don't go away!

Thank you so much Jaba and Likethedog!
I like a nice rain storm too.
Elisabrat, I do try to keep a positive outlook whenever possible. There is so much to appreciate and be thankful for. I have my loving family and a warm house. And hubby made meatballs for dinner tonight!
