Mad....I would have yelled at him too for that!!!!!!

Rachael...yes...any kind will do actually, I use the tear away...I have also used the heat away kind...thats what I've used on my chickens. Its a plastic looking stuff and you just run the iron over it and "poof" its gone! I love the stuff! Have NO idea what its called...I bought it on ebay, but I can find the sellers name if you'd like to look at it.

Yes, please, I also would like the name of that stuff, since the only applique I do is by machine. Thanks Patti, you're the best!!

Here is some of the stuff...I bought it to use on the top when I am doing towels...etc. and I have , it worked great. I used it for the chickens on the bottom because I didn't want to pull hard on the stitching using the tear away....so I tried it. It did just fine. This is what I bought and this is the seller I bought it from...they were quick shipping and did great for me....

I took a break from the boomerangs and played with chickens so I guess if these are OK you can add me to the swap.
These are ready to go. If I have time before my company gets here I would love to make a bigger 12 x 15 appliqued chicken.
I'll have to let you know on that one. I have to get back to the boomerangs before they come after me!

1 set 9x9 finished

My chicken feed! 3 x 12 finished. I only made one of these since they are not chickens but I thought it was a cute fill in block and would make more if you wanted me make a set
