I picked it up at JoAnn's, so I'm not really sure what fabric line it is. I always go hunting in their 'pets' section of fabrics. lol.

The maillady have been by this afternoon and comes bearing gifts. My Secret Pal this month was Lillian aka quiltnut4ever.

OH MY!!! What a box!! My son was hanging over my shoulder as he was interested in what it was. As I opened it and pulled out the pink tissue paper... he exclaims "Holy Batman Mom... it's a Mary Poppin's Box!" he is 10 at the moment. LOL.

There was sooooo many things in it that it's hard to find a place to start. So since they way that a picture is worth a thousand words, maybe I should let these pictures it all for me.

I got my package today!! It was full of goodies, QuiltyMom sure knows how to stuff an envelope. lol I love it all she made me a scissor holder with a nice pair of scissors in it. I also got a Johanna Lindsey book, the cutest bird pincushion, some lovely fabric, a great pattern I don't have, PLUS -- a sticky note pad and holder. I don't have one of those by my desk and needed one bad. And some seeds!!! I can't forget the almond joys, they made it fine. If they are a bit melty, well, they just eat better that way. *grins*.

Posting to say I just put my July SP into the postal system. My pal hand quilts, has allergies to several different things, likes to read and has a digital camera. Oh yes she lives south east of where I live and celebrates Christmas. I sure enjoy doing this swap and making new friends.

I received a lovely package from GrandmaPeg last week, notified Lori and thanked Peg. BUT FORGOT TO POST PICS! I am now remedying that terrible oversight.
Peg sent me a binding tool, two charm packs, an innovative way of getting chocolate to Texas without it melting -- Chex mix, butterfly appliques, buttons, and a heart wind-spinner. Plus the best of all, a newsy note telling me about herself. Thank you, GrandmaPeg for such a lovely surprise.

LOL.... looks like I'll be making lots of knitted pin cushions for goodie boxes. I can't believe on how much of a hit they are. Not that I mind a bit. .
