Well the one I'm making has some fabric stitched together today, lol I know the design direction I want to go in, I have the basics in my mind of how generally it will look, but the details will be designed as I go. I was having a hard choice between basic design ideas modern graphic, or bright colorful. I loved both ideas in the end I've decided bold, modern, graphic (for now anyway!)

Thank you Dorothy, dotcomdtcm, for the pretty kaleidoscope wall hanging and goodies for the NICU preemie donation quilts!

The wall hanging has a cute octagon shape with orange flowers that pop. She included a pattern to make baby items like baby bag and nursing pillow. There are cut shapes to applique cars and airplanes and fabric with airplanes, dogs and colorful trianlges for the preemie donation quilts I like to make along with many others people from the board.
