i'm so surprised these international ones are going through so much faster than in previous swaps! It's hard to decide when to have them mailed out so no one is waiting a long time after everyone else has received. I'm just glad they are getting received!

I almost forgot to post a picture. It is small, around 15 inches square and the pattern is called periwinkle (or Arkansas Snowflake among others). It's mostly PP'd and sections sewn together.

All these beautiful wall hangings winging around the world are so beautiful. I loved reading about your daily life with a bird as I didn't know anything about birds. They are cute. Everyone has been so busy here. Can't wait to get my name. So exciting. Congrats on the international people.

While we await our swap deadline"..thought I'd share another project I finished today using the scraps from my current quilt project...the same scraps I used to make hexi pillow and tiny pillows... I think I have enough scraps to create one more pillow then these scraps are history. Yea for me!!

So, I've been keeping my eyes peeled for a decent ole' fruit/milk crate for several months and found this at the estate sale and repurposed it... I bought the crate for $4 and the only supplies I had to buy were the legs for $10 and lid hinge for $2. Cheap project but fun... Before and after pictures shared...

I love it Teen. Great job on re-purposing. Reminds me of my mother's old sewing basket. She used to use it for a foot stool as well as a sewing basket. I saw your pillows and they are lovely too.
