Big box in mailbox today, only it was for hubby. Oh well maybe tomorrow can't wait to get my box, sure hope it comes before Friday, that's when we leave to take grandkids home. If it comes after Friday it will sit here for a week. LOL can't stand it.

I am just mailing my package out today. I just got back from New York City, where I went to City Quilters on 23rd. I hope my pal likes the specialty FQ's I got for her there! It was so much fun to HAVE to buy something!
My pal was awesome - some beautiful Asian FQ's and a stack of old magazines which I PINE FOR all the time, and none of which I already had!
This is my first time doing something like this, and I really enjoyed it. So sorry to my pal for being late in sending, but hopefully the wait will be worth it!

I GOT MY SQUISHY!!!!! And it was perfect timing. I have been struggling with migraines for 3 days now and I had a nasty one most of the night. I was finally able to sleep and at noon when I got up I went to check the mail...........OMG what an awesome package. Thank you thank you Lynniek. I just love it all. I love the "Cheaper by the 1/2 dozen" pattern. I make quilts to donate to our local hospital and that will be a great pattern to use. Can't wait to try it out. And I LOVE LOVE LOVE my fat quarters. I promise to post a picture when I get it done with the pattern you sent. I love the small rotary cutter, have said many times I was gonna get one but always needed something more important each time and put it on the back burner.Love the the tool holder, will really come in handy for me, had not ever seen one like it before. My favorite marker pen, I just used up the last of the one I have not had time to get another one, so you knew just what I needed. I truly felt like a little kid opening a present on Christmas morning. Also love the pin cushion and the needle threader, and one can never have too many quilting pins, I always run short for some reason. And I am savoring the tootsie rolls as I write this. :) Love the red, white and blue theme of them. You DID GOOD my new friend. Once again THanks for all my wonderful gifts.
