San Francisco is so cool! My aunt used to live there, but alas no more. She moved to Georgia after the Loma Prieta Eearthquake in 1989. It just freaked her out too much. She went to be with family, however that did not work out so well either. Now she is kind of stuck, because the cost of living is affordable for her on her Social Security. She would much rather be back in the west.

I was born and lived in S.F. for the first 25 yrs of my life. Moved a couple times after and left Calif. for Missouri in 1980. Been right here on this farm since. I doubt I could handle the traffic and city noise anymore. So much useless violence too.

Farm life is cool too! As a matter of fact, I would take that over city life any day. I live in suburbia, so that is very different from both. Lots of homelessness is SF now-a shocking amount :-(

Wow Look Look Look !!!!! I got my runner today. My picture doesn't due it justice. It is so bright and autumn looking . I'm sorry it is very cloudy here so the color is washed out. Kuylthaholic made it. It is just so beautiful. She also sent a cute pin made from a yoyo. It's adorable. and a very pretty,glittery winter 1/2 yd of fabric. I took a couple pictures so you could see everything better. You can't see the sparle on the fabric,but it is there. I'm so pleased with my swap. Thank You so much Linda.
