I have the sewing on the top finished, just need to sandwich, quilt
embellish and bind the dq.
I sure hope Sue (quiltymom) will like it.

Sorry I haven't been around too much. The last couple of days have been sunny
and the forecast is for five days of rain 
... booooooo! So I've been in the garden. However, my hands so so destroyed and my back and neck are now hurting so much that I'm sure I'll be here constantly as soon as the Advil kicks in! BUT ... while taking little breaks from rolling around in the dirt, I finished my little quilt for Nancia! The binding is a little unusual, but that's par for the course for me!
And I didn't quilt it. There is just so much stuff on it that there is no room to quilt without running over a button or bead or some piece of stuff. So, I guess I cheated

Thank you I am glad you still like your dq that I made for you.
As for my two youngest "kids" you are the second person in a
week (or since I changed my picture) to ask me this question;
I did some research on the subject of "showshoe" cats and have
come to the conclusion that yes both of them are showshoe's one
with the most white on the face is my only male cat, and the other
is his older sister the "whiny" one.
Since that picture was taken they have both gotten much darker in
their coloring.
