The one I finished yesterday is so pretty. I only put lace & blanket stitching on the inside 1/2 circle, and blanket stitching on the outer edge without lace. I cut the blades down to 7 so make a note of that when you make them too. That way you have a center blade matching up with the fold down the center of the blocks. Such a fun block and fast too.

awesome can't wait to see them...Remember I'm not in no hurry right now I'm trying to put together the maple leave swap quilt and keep up on the the boomerang 6 swap as well...so with that said you have plenty of time, and just so you know post office will be close Monday so save yourself a trip. Something about Columbus Day! I know because my husband works for the goverment and he off...LOL

Can someone help me...I was wanting to make the lantern pattern that was being made on here at one time. I know Robert was getting them. Where can I find that pattern? I looked on quilterscache and can't find it. Thanks.

Donna, I forgot the post office is closed tomorrow. The 2 blocks are all finished. So will send to you on Tuesday.
I actually got a couple things finished, your 2 blocks and the hubby's quilt on the long arm; we finished that yesterday. So now comes the squaring up and binding it. It's a queen so a long ways around it for binding. It's yellows/blues very pretty. I will post a pic. when all finished. That's it from Tennessee, hope all of you are getting things started or finished up.
