That is a beautiful block. Have you tried contacting your partner by PM to make sure she received it? It might take a couple days for her to dig through all her PM's because she's hosting a couple swaps but this doesn't really sound like her.

Here are the two blocks that I did for Quilting carol. She asked that I post pics.

Lab Fairy, I finally have your block finished! It is so great to have time to sew again. Probably will get it to the post office on Monday since I have to go out of town again.

I'm here and so sorry for being tardy in responding. I've had my ebay account hacked twice, viruses on my computer and hosting swaps. I just last night got the kodak easyshare back on my laptop to even post pictures.

I didn't get the block until Tuesday and it's been a fight ever since to get my laptop back in shape. Don't ever click on a link in an email.

Thank you so much for the beautiful block. It will fit in very nicely with my shades of blue quilt I'm putting together. It's perfectly made and I absolutely adore it.

    Suzanne

Thanks! I really like doing the sashiko, it is my (enlarged) attempt at hand quilting! I have noticed that this time around's blocks are very creative and are turning out to be very unique and beautiful.
