Hi Everybody and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! My partner and I have been in contact and I'm excited to get started this weekend. My partner is working on a quilt of valor and asked for a block that will go into this. How honored I am. I think ALL of our VETS deserve a quilt!!!

One of my partners collected red and white blocks, and so do I! Here are some of the beauties. I'd like to do a whole wall.
I'm not sure how I will do that.

Hello everyone, did you have a good weekend? It was so cold here I didn't leave the house. I did finish a couple of unfinished projects before I start my swap quilt blocks. I do have the fabric out and ready to cut out. I'm so wanting to go shopping for new fabric but with the cold weather and icy, snowy roads we have no way. When I was younger person I had no fear to travel. This one time I wish I lived in or closer to a city. I know 50 mi. isn't that far but if one has car trouble it would not be pretty. lol. I think I've posted before that I'm 50 mi. from Sioux City, Iowa and 110 from Omaha. I'm going to get my dishes done then into the sewing room I go. You all have a great week. Marilyn43
