love that cat block. I have done one before but seeing it in black and white its a whole new block. Funny how fabric changes things isn't it? I have mine to mail in my purse. So bad. Send DH to mail it, he comes back says fill out custom form. I said you didn't know it was fabric. I mail fabric only about 5 or 6 times a week or get fabric. Its been sitting now waiting for me to go do this how lame on my part. So partner while I haven't heard from you I would love to get this out of my purse and into your home

I also got Nelco's block sewn - I am posting a picture since if I'm going to one, I should do both.

I wish you were all with me today. Took the subway to Brooklyn with3 of my Bee buddies. We went to a "Renegade" Craft show. Not particularly radical. It was good to see a younger generation of crafters making lovely things.
No quilts. Very nice cotton batt Victorian ornaments. I spent $40 and then we had a great lunch. Went on to the famed Sahadi Bros Middle Eastern Market. Bought Za'tar bread & ground fennel. Many lines were just too long.WEsh you were here! Dotty

Just received a post that my partner received the block I had mailed to her -- Sewing60

Here's the block (plus 1 extra one --pattern made 2 and I didn't realize it until I was cutting it out - used the magic 9 patch block pattern)

I did a couple side swaps. Here's the terrific basket that Juanita Bean sent to me.

I will mail the side swap block to Juanita Bean on Monday, Nov 25 -- please let me know if you wish me to post the picture and I will.
