Would Cindy from Florida please PM me? I need your QB screen name so I can get some things sorted out on my end.

Thanks,

Jane

Whew!!! It is finished. What a learning experience too. I definitely know that, in the future, I need everyone to please include your real name and your QB screen name on your envelopes. I had some new kinds of confusing here. It was quite a site! I was about ready to play my version of 52 card pick up. Man, oh man. LOL

We had a wonderful abundance of blue 30's fabrics/blocks so some people got lots of blues. I tried to divide things up as evenly as possible. I hope everyone likes their swapped blocks.

Thanks again to each of you for participating!

Good job, Jane, thanks!
I was wondering if it would be helpful to you if I pinned my name on each of my prints (on one block per set), but then I figured that would be what you would do when you got them, or you'd do some other way of organization... Glad you got it figured out! What ended up being the method to your madness? :-)

Getting excited to get them back! You already have my black and whites/brights, guess I need to do the batiks. That's my favorite for sure, then what are we going to make?

Yes, adding your name to your quilt blocks would be helpful. Some did it, others did not. I didn't ask for it but I might in the future.

If I divulged my 'organizational secrets', well, let's just not even consider that possibility. . . .

In total, I handled, shuffled, counted and re-counted (and re-counted again) 252 quilt blocks.

Whew!

Jaba, I've got more blocks sewn for my '30's reproduction quilt top. I plan to make a double or queen size. I'm just waiting for my packet in the mail so I can decide on the layout of color before I sew them together. I want to see what color I might need more of before I complete all the blocks. I plan to set the blocks together without sashing. I like how the pattern looks that way. (I plan to make the batik one differently though.) I've got at least 80 blocks (50 at home, and my 5 sets coming). Jane was right-- there are so many cute blue prints! I sent 1 blue in my 5 sets, but got more yardage for a border in blue for my quilt. I've sewn up a pillow case using 6 blocks and a blue border.

Oh, Jane! What a job! Hundreds of blocks... and the batik swap will be so many more! I'm glad you have had some practice, so you will be able better to handle the next swaps. :-)
