Good morning everyone.

While mulling over my WH I decided it was time to get this scrappy spiderweb finished. It was so close to being done last June. It has been on the design wall for a long time. Now that I have accomplished something I will go back to the WH with renewed inspiration. Some of my favorite pieces to share 'cause that is what a scrappy is all about!

I can see why those were favorite areas of the quilt, some really cool prints went into your quilt.

I've been down a google "rabbit hole". I am going to try and fix the issues I have w/ the current wall hanging, but if I can't I at least have a cool idea.

I'm so curious K! What's up your sleeve?

YEAH!!!!! I did it! I got the EEP to the next step! Now to just layer, quilt and bind it. I have a big smile going.
I spent most of the day hand sewing the border on after shoveling snow in the morning. Every stitch has someones name sewn into it!

I made it down a second rabbit hole now I have two ideas I really really like. That is if I can't fix my dandylion. The first idea I found is called ????? oh no I can't remember, I have it written down at my work. Something like collision, cutting strips that are graduating in size and alternating wide and narrow, it looks really cool when done. The second rabbit hole involved 60' triangles in a type of log cabin style assembly it looked awesome, the great thing w/ both is they would have quilting I could do w/ a regular foot, no free motion mess ups.

Ube you are always a source of amazement!! I am quite proud of being the inspiraton for this wall hanging!! I so love how you took my ideas and made them your own and really ran with the kaleidoscope idea! As I said before I'd never have thought of taking the fabric you used and making it a kaleidoscope! Now I wish I had joined this swap!! But I really don't have time now.

I love all the pics you all have been posting! I am happy you have kept this thread active! Since it is over along period of time it is prone to go silent at times.

I enjoyed your scrappy spiderweb also! I remember teaching myself to do the spiderweb in 1980 when I first started quilting. Love the look!
