Oh carolina, I hope I get yours. It is absolutely the cutest - what a wonderful way to use Dresden plate.

Caroline, very charming and a very appropriate sentiment. I really like the way you quilted the echo a few times around the dresden. A nice addition to any ones collection.

Hey everybody, Don't forget to PM Rhonda to let her know you are ready. I don't want to miss out on any of the wonderful prospects we have!
Stay safe and warm under a quilt this week.

Hey Kassundra, How is the rooster doing? Does he have a wardrobe yet? I have been thinking of him and the cold.

He is doing great. The best thing I have found so far is a wool sweater. I use a small men's size and can make two one out of the front and one out of the back. I think housing him w/ the rabbits helps a lot too since they sleep w/ him and Bella.

I am beginning to think I should NOT participate after seeing these great wall hangings. Jeanne49, that is the great thing about gifting - everyone loves whatever gift they get. Both yours are lovely - but I loved your second one! I think I must be into LESS saturated colors (grin). Caroline, what a beauty.

Sorry I haven't participated in chatter - but today is a snow vacation day from work, so I hope to finish my WH this week.

Hi Rennie, Glad you are having a snow day, I think! There are some very nice WHings this time and I for one enjoy all of them. Whether you are a beginner or trying a new technique or a perfected quilter, they are all charming to me. That is the nice thing about this swap, everyone is welcome, there is no criticism but there is, I hope, constructive conversation when we run into a problem or need ideas and support.

please post your WH for us to enjoy. I am anxious to see it, or receive it!
    peace

EDIT: Kassundra, glad to hear rooster is well. I love his story and I still think he would make a sensation on u tube!
