From the first post in this thread:

Deadline to send out swaps is November 21st & don’t forget to send me notice that you have sent to your partner. In addition, beginning in November, send your partner the tracking number; your partner may find it fun to follow the mug rug as it travels to her home. Any delays in mailing must be shared with me prior to the deadline of November 21st.

Be sure to mail by the 21st!
