Klaws,
You crack me up, as usual . Though sometimes I'm one that people probably try to keep out, not pull in...
Tho all of my friends usually think I'm pretty funny (as in haha AND toony loony). For instance, my quilt group "sisters" told me they couldn't believe I pointed out my own "quilt errors", Er, creative twists when I was new to our lil group.
I asked, "Why not?" No one's perfect, we all were newbies at one time, and as for me, I'm always learning and fortunate to have some wonderful people to collaborate with. If I can't laugh at myself, it's a sad day...

Ladybug,
Glad nothing broken, and hope your bruises and aches heal soon!

Regards all,
Kif

Ladybug you aren't alone on the bad times. I'm glad that you are ok and hope you have a better week. We need to keep you on the prayer list.

Klaws I can't believe all the things you have done. I still have a few days to decide what I'm going to make for the swap and some of you already have yours done.

Lynnie good luck to you on your surgery

The weather has been so nice here lately. I can't remember when it rained last and the foliage seems brighter every day.

Everyone have a great day

A Mystery Train Ride is a mystery quilt. Clues are given every week till the quilt is done. First week we are given fabric requirements. the following weeks a clue, such as how to cut and assemble pcs. it's great coz you get a little done each week. it seems to go faster and you look forward to the next Saturday when another clue is given and then you do that.
we're on our 3rd week now, and it's coming together nicely. ALSO...she give a new way of doing things and the traditional way, so you get to try a new technique and not really have to do it that way, there's many different ways to do the same thing. it's a lot of fun.

That witch is too funny! When I lived in Virginia, I did some woodworking and made a witch similar to that one. She was attached to a tree in our front yard. I also made some of those wooden deer that people put in their yards at Christmas. That's when I was married, had a nice house and garage to work in. I haven't had that in 14 years.
