It's a paper piecing swap. There are lots of "how to's" on the internet. It's a method of quilting that used papers and patterns. Some love it, some not so much! You have to be able to send paper pieced blocks for this swap. If you figure it out, would be happy to have you join us.

Just some reminders as we're getting closer to this swap winding down.

Keep papers on your blocks.
Blocks are 6" finished, 6 1/2" unfinished.
The Twist blocks are 3" finished, 3 1/2" unfinished.
The theme is Garden, light backgrounds (can include colors other than creams and whites, no dark bckgrnds)
You may send up to 6 sets of 6" blocks and 2 sets of 3" blocks.
No two sets to be alike.
Make sure to sign the back of each individual block.
Include proper postage.

Go to the first post for all the nitty gritty details. LOL! I will post Hoppyfrog's blocks soon.

ACCKK! you had me worried. I thought it was end July, and here I am, I decided to go ahead and wash all my bits and pieces as I didn't want anyone to be disappointed in the not washed fabby. - and it is taking me forever to get back to ironing them all. I wasn't sure what little piece I would use, so tried to do them all by colour groups. boy some did run. I haven't even done the purples or the yellows yet. Reds weren't too bad. Can someone come and help me iron? lol

Bring em on over and I will help you iron! LOL! That would be fun! We can chat and drink something cool and work away. Too bad we don't even live in the same country?

LOL Ronda, be careful what you wish for, ha ha.
Seriously, this ironing is like an endurance sport. lol
If I started drinking, I am not sure how much would get done. I miss having people interested in the same things as me, no cross stitch buddies close and now no quilters. They all think I am strange. ha ha, well so be it.

I like it Jenniky! If someone doesn't want the background, they can message me, but wow! Totally cute!

I wanted to make it look like the Swan was sleeping in a grassy area
