I'll have to check Waves regularly to see Libster's and Sewbiz's blocks, as well as others who have finished Dunes and working on Waves. I'm working slow.... have 4 done. Actually, 6 I need to post 2 pictures. :D

MonaG, I want to clarify before I start on your block. You do or don’t want red to be the splash of color?

Here are my next 2 blocks. One is for Quiltermomma and the other is for Sewbizgirl. SBG, besides the 2 fabrics you sent, I added a very pale yellow that matches the other paisley you sent me a swatch of. Hope it will work in your quilt. Both blocks are Brave World from the Around the Block book.

If you received a splash of color request then no red is requested.

Sewbiz what a wonderful area to live, we live smack dab in the city. Love my home but enjoy being out of the city when ever we can.

CHecking in-I had the boom hit me and ended up in the hospital getting exploratory surgery and my gall bladder out. I tried to post from my phone but I don't think it went through. I figure I'll be back to sewing next weekend~ Loving all the blocks I see!!

It is a 46 foot Catamaran, there will be 8 of us on it. Friends of ours are captains and we have been lucky enough to sail with them multiple times. To say I'm excited is an understatement!
