Was able to get Blocks and left over F8 mailed today there on their way!

Mailed blocks May 29th to abonda, joanelizbay, marcialee, mosher92, ncquilter, and oldcatlady. Mailed 06/11/12 to bibliostone, missgigglewings, and Wendsy. Still have about half to do. Hopefully next week while on vacation. Hope you all like your blocks I made.

There is a block in here that I don't remember sending the fabric for and was looking at the other blocks being made and wondering if it belongs to another person on this swap because I see the fabric on another post and thinking someone sent me the wrong block if so let me know soon because I've already started sewing them together. and I can remove it and send it to the right person the fabric belongs too. If I sent this fabric out then I'm loosing my mind...LOL

That's crazy and very disappointing! In our post offices, yesterday when I went to mail the rest of my F8 out the lady told me it was a 20 cent surcharge and I said for what she said because it won't fit through the thingy they used. And I said funny since I've been sending out letter envelopes for almost 1 1/2 year and never had any problems. So I said can you show me the thing you use to measure the envelopes and put one through it so I can see for myself that it wont fit. So she did and she said whoa it does fit with no problems and refunded my 20 cents back, so as long as they fit through that gap it should go for 45 cents....But I don't know about the Canada post offices but I'm tired of being ripped off by people money is hard to come by these days and I've had enough...
Now when I send my finish block back I do add the 20 cents because the thread seems to make it more thicker and I don't want it returned. Donna

Yesterday, she felt the envelopes and asked if they were documents. I said no, and was required to send them as small packets at $2.48 each! This is really getting expensive, and as a concequence, will be my last swap. Will try to mail next weeks blocks at a different post office and hope to be able to send them as letters again. We are planning a cross border shopping trip later this month, and I just might try sending them from the States instead of Canada. Will see how many I can finish before then.

In the photos you received, I think the 7th picture down looks like pictures that babeyruth has been receiving. Scroll up on this page and see if it might be her block. Just a quick note to let daisy, ok darla, and dungeonquilter know that I received their wonderful blocks. Thanks ladies. I will post pictures later.

put another 14 envelopes in the mail today between the two groups that I am in. Will keep working on the rest later this week.
