Dear SP I should have your package out by the deadline. It's not going to be as nice as I would have wanted it. Nothing handmade this time. My DH passed away unexpectedly on Mothers Day, so I have been having to make arrangements. I'm also having to pack up the house as I will be moving back to Phoenix. My DH and her husband want me to come live with them and help with the grandkids, lucky me. I've missed them so much. I'm having to figure out what is going and what to donate or give away very quickly. I just can't bear to stay here by myself. We live in a very rural area. In the 2 years that we have been here I haven't been able to make any friends as DH was housebound so I just stayed home and cared for him.

Lori I will have to drop out of the swap again until everything get settled.

By the way everytime I get a package my DH is waiting for me to open it so he can see what kind of candy I got, so if he likes it I will give it to him. Just broke his little ole heart when I told him I wrote that I didn't want anymore candy on account of losing weight. I am down 2 sizes and am really proud of myself. Still have a ways to go but I will get there.

No, I am still having lots of seizures. On May 7, I went up to Portland to Oregon Health and Science University and they did a 4 d MRI on me to see if they can pinpoint where they are coming from. I also just started the atkins diet because my Doctor thinks it might help control my seizures because it has been used for decades for seizures.

Dear Robyn, My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I am so sorry you lost your DH. Get that move over and done and enjoy your daughter and grandchildren. I live down the street from mine . It took me 18 months to get brave enough to sell my NJ home and move close to my son and family...now 4 yrs later it has been a very good move. (MY DIL found my house for me..she is so precious.) Take your time and be good to yourself.

Sorry I have been kind of sick and not on the computer and when I am I have so many problems trying to type in a message.It takes 5 mins or more and have to hit the keys 5 or 6 times to get them to work!

My SP package went out yesterday to a Southern state on the East coast. Actually I lived in the State during 8th and 9th grades which was a long, long time ago.

Got my package out this morning, and PO expected delivery is Monday the 19, hopefully no detours. And received my package yesterday from Nancy W. she sent some lovely fabric cuts, lovely dark chocolate bar, box of tea and a canister of lemonade. Having some tea as it is a bit cold for Lemonade today. Crossing my fingers the picture will post. oh yes and a nice card.

STUFFED squishy with 8 chunks of fabric , m & m's, snickers, 2 magazines, freebies flyers from joanns,( always great ideas ), hand lotion9udderly smooth( great from dry hands), cute little red,white and blue table topper... great for memorial day and 4th of july, And tiny hair twisties.
