Well, as you all know, you have received your partners names - I just forgot to to post on here that I had sent the names out.

Now that the names are all out, please remember that you have to mail in the next 2/3 days so that they have a change of being received before Christmas... I have tried to match the themes, but I may not have been too successful... so please, just love what you get... I know I will.

Now the housekeeping has been taken care of the fun can begin..... I will be mailing mine tomorrow and it is going to travel many many miles.... (what a great clue - NOT!)... as I am the only participant in old blighty, mine always travels many many miles!

I did indeed send my runner off this week! While not perfect, it was made with love and best wishes for the season - however it is celebrated in each of our homes!

As I browse through the most recent posts, I'm always curious about the names everyone posts under! I've come up with some pretty interesting reasons why a name is such as it is, what the quilter's "real" name is (that's the name your loved ones call you when they say "Really? Are you crazy?" :D Slowly, through this runner swap, I'm learning who is who, and I have to tell you, I don't think my imagination was anywhere close! lol

Hoping everyone has an awesome winter/summer, depending on where you are! Me? I'm in Northern Ontario, Canada so, it's winter for me for the next 5-6 months! Looking forward to receiving my runner, & anxious to see everyone's posts! Take care, everyone!

Sue - my mother always insisted I had bats in the belfry as I was a child (and adult) who tended to march to my own tune. Not quite a misfit, but very close. Hence when e-mail and the internet first came on the scene, I adopted the name "Belfrybat". The nice thing is even now, when signing up for forums and such, that name is never taken.

lol Belfrybat, I've wondered if you were ever called that, so as to take on that moniker. I love all the different names. When I signed in to QB, I hadn't read many posts and was pretty sure my name wouldn't be taken. lol

Everyone who has gotten mail from me knows how obvious my moniker is. The initials of my home town which is weird in itself but refers to the slow moving river I live near.

I just mailed a package going somewhere west of Pa. Should arrive next Wednesday.:D

So I was just checking the tracking # on the package I sent and I think there is going to be a mistake. The PO receipt says it is mailed to the address I want to mail to but the tracking # takes it to another near by state. I guess all I can do is wait it out.:(

My package has been delayed. According to the Post Office "The package is delayed and will not be delivered by the expected delivery date." Pits! Apparently spent 3 days in Grapevine, TX. II hope it enjoyed it's rest!

Just checked the tracking tonight and it s moving in the right direction now. Delivery set for Thursday!

Yea! The one I sent was delivered this afternoon. It surely took the long way around.

I received a beautiful runner from Jaba, but I need to clear off my table to I can take a picture. It has just been one of those weeks with my work. Getting into the office by 8am and leaving at 10pm. Now mind you I have a 1 hour drive each way so I am leaving my house at 7am and getting home at 11pm. Just haven't had the energy to clear off the dining room table. In fact I made it worse :( But the weekend is coming and we have company coming for dinner so guess what...I must clean the dining room table. Picture will be coming soon.

I will share that it is a beautiful runner and it will look very nice on my table.

I received a lovely Christmas table runner from ekuw. Pictures to come a bit later today. I want to get it set in place and I have to have my coffee first. It is so pretty and I am excited to put it to use through the holidays.

ekuw, here is you TR on my vintage enamel top table. The quilting is awesome with the pretty fabrics you used. I quick put the one Christmas piece I keep out all year on it so you can see it being a little festive. I will eventually put my Christmas tea set on it for a "Cup of Christmas Tea". It is perfect!
