I have no experience being a contact person unless being a room mother for school counts, but I'll give it a whirl if you are having problems finding enough people. If you get more experienced applicants, that's fine. I just want to do whatever I can to help the board remain the great place it has always been for me.

Okay, I will volunteer also if it helps.

I would be willing to help out with this task.

Best,

I need volunteers for "team leaders" to kind of be my "point person" for each group.
Basically you would be the person who would alert me of problems with the group, etc.
Please let me know if this is something you feel you can do. THANKS SO MUCH!!!! :)

Okay, I'm 99% sure I'm going with a "Patriotic Civil War" theme. :) I love the look of Civil War quilts, but have never made one. Fabric is purchased, washed, tea-stained as needed, and I'm ready to start making blocks. Hopefully this evening! :D

Wanda Lou, good for you, you decided on a theme. What do your blocks have on them since it is a bookcase them?

I just had an idea that I am soooooo excited about. I am going to do a bookcase quilt. Dedicated to my mother, that passed a few years back. As a part of my swap, I want to enclose a letter talking about my mother, and i would love it if the people working on it would just design their row using their thoughts as they read it. Is that too much?

I understand and I for one would be honored to help with that.
