Love your witches! The purple ones are my fav!

Muse&Sew 07-01-2015 12:21 PM

Thanks Texastam! I'm glad you like my purple witches! They're cute!

Texastam 07-01-2015 04:18 PM

Question about the swap. Do you have to make 6 sets of 4? Can you make less?

Muse&Sew 07-01-2015 06:40 PM

Hi Texastam! You can make as many sets as you'd like. If you want to only make one set, no problem. Go for it! Each set is 4 blocks that measure 6 1/2 inches. You'll trade all four blocks. If you want one for yourself then you'd need to make an extra block.

Texastam 07-02-2015 04:54 PM

Thanks for answering. I am in for 2 sets of 4. I will pm you my email. So excited!

Muse&Sew 07-02-2015 06:06 PM

Hi Texastam! So excited that you're joining us! It will be a lot of fun.

Muse&Sew 07-03-2015 02:28 PM

Hope everyone has a wonderful July 4th tomorrow! :)

javin22 07-09-2015 01:42 PM

Muse&Sew 07-09-2015 03:18 PM

So happy you like my little witches! Fun to see what Halloween fabrics you can choose from. Hope you'll post pictures of your cute little witches once you have them done.

I'm going to make a couple to see how they turn out. I've been working on a lot of other things. I need to take a break from them and do something fun! I'll post pictures when I'm finished.

Well I cut one out to see how it works, I didn't stitch down yet. I need to reverse the pattern and center it more. I think I will do the arm out of Halloween colors also. But now I know what to expect.

Klaws- very cute!

klaws 07-13-2015 04:05 AM

Thanks Javin. I like your two also!

Muse&Sew 07-13-2015 12:38 PM

Love your witches

Love both of your witches javin & klaws! Sorry slow in responding in California on vacation. For Teresa each set has the same fabric so if you did 6 sets you'd have 6 different fabrics. Hope that helps.

Halloween Trivia? halloween was celebrated with bonfires, on hilltops, in the British Isles. I've just been looking at the beautiful blocks, oooh, yes. I have my fabrics assembled, but I need some of that whachamacallit, sticky stuff... wonder under? I'm not actually comfortable making applique without turning the hem under, but those socks and shoes are just so very small... maybe I'll charge forward and conquer the arte of using sticky stuff under her garments... I need some encouragement, gals...

klaws 07-17-2015 04:21 PM

Yonnikka we all know you can do it! It really isn't that hard. If you have any questions, I'm sure someone here can answer them for you.

Muse&Sew 07-17-2015 06:51 PM

Love your Halloween trivia Yonnikka! Go for it! You can do it! Yes, just use steam a seam lite, heat&bond lite etc. I admit that the shoes are small, but work.

trish b 07-29-2015 11:44 AM

Yonnikka, Your blocks are nice. However, where is the halloween fabric? I believe it is supposed to be part of the dress.

Muse&Sew 07-29-2015 05:12 PM

Yes, Yonnikka, you should have some Halloween fabric!
