K, I also like your plan for "dropouts" ... very well thought-out.

I think the plan for drop outs is an excellent idea. Also that if someone does have to drop out it is the courteous thing to do to let K know. You just have to put yourself in the place of the person who would be missing out and know how you would feel if someone did that to you.
I have been collecting things since I first signed up and am getting so excited it is hard to contain myself.

Yes being told that you are dropping before it becomes sore feelings is a great idea. Honestly please do not feel badly if you do have to drop. No one will be sore with you if you are up front about it. S*%t happens. We will deal with it. Also I have no intention of embarrasing anyone ever!!! It will be our secret if you need to drop.
