Got my name! Yippee! I could certainly use some hints from my person.

YIPEE... GOT MY NAME. Ready for the challenge as this person SOUNDS to be picky!!! BUT I know I can pack a great box!!! LETS all have fun with the treasure hunt and sewing that special prize. Went to a local quiltshop that has fats for 1.00 every first Friday of the month.... what fun!!!

Bringing a ladder & tray down in the hole & bringing along some Bacon Mac&Cheese Fries, roasted turkey legs, roasted corn on the cob, handmade cherry lemonade, and just for those not dieting, some bacon maple syrup funnel cake from the state fair. Found some goodies to stow in The Box for my dear Santee. Wish I had less cocktails & then I could've taken pics of the quilt show, ugh!

Still don't have my name I guess I'll come to the hole and have some chocolate covered potato chips and I'll bring some sodas for the ones that don't drink .

I got my name, Yeah. My SS lives alooooong way away from me. I hope I can do right by her. Off to sew special goodies.

Just if you use Vodka, I use Everclear :) I've been known to put the pan in a sink of ice cubes to cool it down fast.

Just dropped in to tell you all that today is MONARCH DAY.....dozens and dozens of Monarch butterflies have been flying over my house for the past 3 hours on their way to Mexico. SO great to see so many of them this year.

I'm doing the happy dance again. Today has been a good day for me, I woke up and had my SS name then had a day of shopping, art festivals and antique stores with my DH, brother and future sister in law. We were going to do a wine tasting also but found out that today was their 10 year anniversary and it was a little loud so we opted to do the tasting in two weeks so I get to see my baby brother again this month.
Then when I got home there was a package in the mail box for me so Terri's machine was not a White it was a Kenmore! Thank you for the cute FQ's

Now the down side of the day on our way home the ABS light came on in the truck and something keep running even after we shut off the truck. So Monday the over to the service center for it. Time for some adult beverage this year it think I will spend time in the hole.

Yippee, got my ss name today!!! :-) let the fun begin...my person didn't give anything specific (neither did I) so I'll be creative. I'm starting to think, I might actually like my four fat quarters made up into something "finished" :-) since I seem to have just UFO's lately...well I'll be happy with any actual finished quilt or quilt "ish" things...
