I agree, it just keeps getting better and better every year. That's why I love when people post a picture on Opening Day. I get to enjoy everyone's gifts vicariously and see all the wonderful handcrafted gifts the Santas have made.

I am soooo enjoying being able to sew again after not being able to see because of cataracts for about 10 years and my sewing machine not having the knee lever, I couldn't feel the pedal with my feet because of neuropathy :(

Terri did you finish enlarging the hole? I know last year it was a bit crowded.... we could just dig a tunnel to another location :D... That way we could escape if it got too rowdy :D

I finished to holiday mug rugs for my giftee this weekend. Went through the book shelf and found some items that I will share. I hope today to make it to the Sew & Vac store to get some items before they close. So hard to get to some things that are not carried at JAF or LQS do not carry the brand of accessories that I need.

Thinking about what to add and maybe make one more thing. Trying to keep up with all these posts but failing miserAbly!!

My projects hit a snag today! I did more frogging than sewing! Finally just gave up. I do have purple gifts, too! Is everyone making purple presents?

snow for hallowe'en..? been there done that. snow stated about 6pm on Hallowe'en night anddumped 36" by morning and another 6" during the next day, schools, businesses etc were closed--city buses couldnt get through the streets. took two weeks before things were cleared enough to get back on schedule for buses and for many of the businesses to reopen. I worked for county government at the time...i struggled to meet the bus and get to work only to find that the governor had closed the office. nice trudge getting back to bus stop and getting home. bus couldnt get up the hill to my stop so got off 2 blocks early and plowed through snow drifts up to my crotch to get home 6 blocks away. ht shower and cocoa and hibernated the rest of the day

Well I just plowed through all the posts. I have to say that all of the things I have seen are super. Sent out my package today and after seeing all the neat things you all have posted I wish that I had the box back so I could try to squeeze in something else. Boy everyone is so fast. I'm still chugging along. My daughter April, ( most of you may know her lovingizabella) has Wjust gone through her 10th brain surgery. They had to replace all shunts and tubing, thank God the surgery went well.Will keep working on my package.
