PenniF, I went to Joann today and got one of the LED lights for my sewing machine. Thank you so much for alerting me to that![/QUOTE]

COOL !!! I went back today as well as i still had a 50% off anything that i hadn't used. Found something GREAT for my SS'ee....
THEN totally blew my being good and not buying fabric by stocking up on some white on whites - which i was very low on.....
THEN since i've been feeling quilty about making quilts for my sister and niece, bought some turquoise and orange (Miami Dolphin colors) to make a D4P for my BIL. I CANNOT go back to the fabric store again because i CANNOT add anything else to my Christmas to do list !!!....had to smack myself twice to move away from the Christmas fabrics !!!!!

Penni, that place is addictive. I was in there for two hours. They had an extra 50% off clearance cottons so got a few of those plus some remnants plus a pattern... it never ends. I lose all track of time in there. Bet your BIL will love his quilt!

WHAT'S THAT?).:p:shock::shock::shock::p:D:D:D

Love buttons, no zippers, no grandchildren, don't need anymore bookmarks, love Christmas items, I put up a tree and love homemade ornaments, Don't need mugs, would use a travel mug, only drink decaf coffee and tea, I have a keurig, I like wonder clips, only need a few more.

One other thought for you SheriR....i think that quite a few of us are the "makers" in our families. Except for the precious things i get that my DGDs have made me, i don't actually ever receive hand made items from anyone - except at Secret Santa time.....and i am always tickled as can be to get them.

Hummmmm you're right. Thank you!!!

Button, buttons.. I really want the five gallon bucket filled to the top. How fun would that be!

That sounds awesome lol!!! I've been gathering four hole buttons. I want to make these. I'll have to find my crochet threat first... :D

How utterly CUTE and fun! However, it kinda bothers me that one hole has two stitches, while the others have only one. I know . . . I have problems. :D
