Bert, I am slow, but wanted to tell you that if you "subscribe" to a thread, you can find it quick and easy by clicking on the "Quick Links" tab at the top (the bar is teal in color on my computer). When that opens, click on "subscribed threads" and there is a list of your subscribed threads. I use that all the time to check on the threads I am following at the time. They show up in bold print if there is new posts so you know to look at it. Then you just click on the "view first read", it will only be there if there are any, and it will take you right to where you left off on the thread. Very Cool feature.

Oh shoot I intended to join this month and life got in my way. This would have been just right for me since I am so far in left field regarding any type of quilting and all the rules of traditional quilting being thrown out for it would have been perfect for me. Oh well there is always next month or later.

It is so funny, I have manaaged to post the link and change the name 2 or 3 times, (as in post above) and I still can't figure out how I did it. I get frustrated and just keep trying stuff. When it finally works, I can't remember what I did. LOL

Buslady, thank you for the Quick Links info. I clicked on it and there were a dozen or so things listed. As far as I know, I subscribed to only the April and the May doll swap thingies. I had commented on some of the others so maybe I get automatically subscribed if I post on one??? Anyway, I just looked all through the 181 or so PHOTOS of the mini swaps. Now if I post a picture in here, does it automatically get transferred to the Group PHOTOS at top of page? Just wondering. There sure are some talented quilters on here! What fun to look at all the little quilts.

I forgot to ask but I noticed as I went through the Group PHOTOS of the little quilts, there was "Report Photo" . What is that all about?

Some mini wall hangings I finished today that I will be giving away tonight. I am a member of Eastern star and these are gifts for some speakers that will be at my meeting tonight.
