Mary, that stinks. My back was so awful this summer that I often had a hard time walking and practically had to go upstairs to bed on all fours. I finally figured out that the sofa we had wasn't helping so I tossed it out and ... TAH DAH! Pain free. Hope it lasts. Feel better soon!

I just had a bad spasm yesterday. feel much better now. Glad your off the pain killers.I'm glad to have them when I need them. But I hate trying to function on them.It was just 1 bath towel.lolonce it happened when I was turning to put a teaspoon in the drawer.You know they can be veerrrry heavvvy.Lol.Now we don't have the meds to blame for our mess ups Lori.

Thanks for the compliments. I wasn't thinking and made a 12 1/2" block. Thank goodness it didn't have points, cause I had to cut it down 1/4" all around. The lavendar strip will be a little narrower than the pink one, but it still turned out good. I was going to embroider, but when my sp sent me fabric with flowers and hummingbirds, I decided to use the beautiful fabric.
