JME, I rec'd you row Friday. I'm not use to working with your color scheme but do have some complimentary colors in my "new" stash. A friend and I are doing a state block quilt and I think I can use the fabric from there and from another challenge I did with my guild. When I put your row on my wall I was flabbergasted at how much I actually like the colors. Between the state blocks and your row, it's making me step out of my box and venture into unfamiliar waters and I'm loving this new frontier. This is why I like doing the round/row robins, make you strech your imination and get those creative juices all stirred-up. Bring it on !!

Oh yeah, this is the first vertical row for me, you just shaking me up all kind of ways.

I have never used that color scheme either. I usually lean towards a more scrappy look. I was having trouble getting "inspired" to do another row. Nothing sounded good. I found the cheater fabric at the Singer outlet store in our area and finally decided to use it. I ended up really liking these colors and so does my DH. I decided to do it vertical and put my row in the middle in case we ran out of the cheater print. Have fun!!! :)
