I really feel for you ladies with the flu! I had it for almost 3 weeks. Get better soon.

Ladies that are sick please be aware of what you are taking by taking those combination medicines like Thera Flu, DayQuil, NyQuil, etc.... I had so many patients that would take those plus Tylenol, Mucinex, Antihitimines or whatever and were overdosing themselves. That is hard and dangerous on your body and with taking a lot of Tylenol you could have rebound headaches which is basically caused by Tylenol withdrawal. Hope y'all all get to feeling better quickly, remember to drink ALOT of good fluids, stay away from caffeine and eat something even if its crackers, not eating will make you more nauseous, your stomach makes acid every time you swallow

No worries here sikesjj, only 1 at a time and with docs okay. If one isn't working I have to wait 24 hours before switching to something else. Can only take certain ones that don't conflict with the medication for thyroid cancer and the MS. I'm very aware to not over medicate. The Thera Flu seems to be working, feeling much better today, couple more and hopefully it will be back to normal and I'll feel like my old self. Don't know if that's good or bad but anything has to be better than this crud.

Ooh, yes please! I'm not sure if we've been getting them with yeast or powder/soda. I've got this mix & haven't tried it yet, but the pan we have is very old. My boyfriend's mom gave it to us. I was going to make some last night, but then remembered I was supposed to be somewhere, and by the time I got home, it was late. I would LOVE to give my boyfriend some authentic ebelskivers!!!!

It's late - I've been working my fingers to the bone on 3" blocks tonight for a doll quilt - it's going out in Friday's mail. It doesn't matter if it's a larger block or a mini - you still have all the steps to take to get the block done. I'll post the recipe this weekend.

I got my package from Dabbler today!!! It's a perfect fit, and they're so lovely! You're going to have to wait until tonight for pictures. :P Back to the grindstone for another 3-1/2 hours of work first!

Default New runner

Just had to show you a runner I received today from Vanogay, patriotic was the theme that she, elisabrat, marytoddliz and I had for a side swap. Isn't it amazing, I love it and it will be displayed very proudly around here. Thought you might like to see it. Still waiting on my home décor item, getting a little restless, it's been a long time.

Sorry jaba - I was one of the hold outs until the last minute getting things done so everyone could ship. I'm sure your package will arrive soon - thinking about it - I haven't received a package yet either - oh well, I'm sure it will get here soon. Back to my mini blocks.
