Id never heard the shepherds prayer, so clicked right on it. I thought it beautiful. My favourite has always been silent night, and when I heard Enya singing it ...that was the best. Another favourite...David Hobson always sings The holy city when we have Carols by candlelight on the TV Christmas eve. What an amazing voice.love it. Now to listen to Dreamers favourites before bed

I like Michael Bubl'e. This is my favorite Christmas CD. I have sent my secret santa package out, and she received. I have not received , however I am sure I will receive soon. I will be away for Thanksgiving Wed-Monday. Going to South Florida house. I will be preparing the feast, been working on the menu, and all hand made decorations. Pine cones, twigs with berries, leaves, and will be painting some of them.

Mine is Jingle Bells, it makes me want to dance around! My boyfriends is let it snow... He wants to go play in the snow LOL

I received my SS Package today! wow it is huge! and I was not surprised in the least that it came from the same place I sent it! I know that my SS has a birthday coming up so I am going to send these cookies so she doesn't have to wait in the naughty corner with out some goodies!!!

We are putting up lights today while I do some christmas baking! Working Retail you learn to enjoy Holidays either before or after the huge rush! Starting Monday it is going to be crazy work schedule

Have a wonderful day ladies~

Red face S/S gift

Received a Fed Ex box from Plymouth, MN while I was out of town. Darn, it doesn't rattle (which can be a good thing I guess). Can't wait to open.

Sleepy Hollow, lol, I know about the old recipes. Dash of this, half handful of that, a smidgen, etc. My grandmother was Czech and most of her recipes were not written down, she just knew, lol. She taught my sisters and I, kolaches, bread, pickles, jelly, dumplings, etc, but in czech and It wasn't until I was married and had children of my own I realized it would be a good idea before she passed to try and get these recipes or some of them written down.

This is one of my three favorite Chistmas songs.

The other two are Little Drummer Boy and Grandma Got Run Over by a Riendeer. The last one I first heard on the car radio on the way home from the hospital after I had a stroke, and I have been celebrating that day (December 20th) ever since by playing it.
