That's it, stocking up on hard liquor now (I don't drink but maybe twice a year, and am allergic to eggnog, but it never hurts to be prepared, right?)
The slippers, socks, aprons and scarves are about a 50/50 now....so I'm ok there
But this crystal thingy, hot fix? I was going to google it...But have decided to let my imagination run wild for a few days.
Keep them questions and answers coming
This is going to be fun
Don't stress...when Teri sends you your person's name, she usually sends "board" name, too. Go up to "members" & find her board name, click on it; then click on "recent posts" & this is a good time to "stalk" your person. You can read her posts & find out lots of stuff about her (if she's one that posts). Just have fun!
Also, in answering Mfay...I think you can use that answer also.

i'm still thinking about it.
anniequilts asked about the $20 gift. If we give fabric
that's $20, does that count, in addition to the 4 fat qtrs?
If we buy a rotary cutter and blades, is that the sort of thing?
I've been in a few swaps, and seriously got back junk. I send
nice items, so hope i get nice things back too. i haven't joined
in the past because I don't have a camera. It wasn't posted this
year that you had to take pics as thing were opened. Of course,
the person that has me can take pictures, soooo should I join??

Lynnie & Annie quilts....the $20 gift doesnt have to be just $20, just say it is .for posting to a different country, the receiver wont have to pay tax or anything on it. someone else may explain it better.

aprons, don't need one, i;ve made a few.
I like Victorias Secret Vanilla hand cream.
Bath and body works, the sensual spray maybe a candle.
Don't need crystals, charms or any of that sort of thing.
I like socks,--cotton, not slippers. I love handmade socks.
I don't like coffee, I love dunkin donuts vanilla chai.
I do not use/wear scarves. I have a fur scarf, and mink earmuffs. That does me.
I want to start a Dresden plate soon, in 30--40's repo fabics.
I have a cat, Russian blue, she's a sweety
Lotions, Victorias Secret vanilla hand cream.
as far as th $20, I rather something med to large, not a bunch of small things.
If you wouldn't buy it, i probably don't want it either.

If there are more questions,I'll answer them along the way.

Thank You djmat!!!!

uhmm I guess I read and ...
How are you susposed to look up how to spell a word...IF you don't know how to spell it ??Gracious!!! It took me 10 minutes of looking thru my dictionary and googling to figure out how to spell "interpret"
and whilst the definition is correct for what I was trying to type...I think they still spelled it wrong...
And I've forgotten what I "interpret" think it had something to do with the $20 thingy

Oops! I goofed about the charms -- was thinking charm squares. So no to jewelry as I don't wear any.
Also I'm on the fence about quilting notions as I have so many, but can always use 45 & 60mm rotary blades and machine needles. Plus of course, my "most wanted" which is a Gypsy Cutting Gizmo.

I have a question. Do you want Christmas themed items or would you prefer to receive "generic" winter items? Or none.

I have two cats so don't decorate anything but the wall for Christmas, and even then it can be dicey. Woke up this morning to find a quilted wall hanging on the floor with some distinctive cat claw holes in the bottom. <SIGH abp="897">

Phew! I haven't been on for a few days and was trying to catch up on all the posts....... What do you like that wasn't on the form? What don't you like? Do you like this but not that? If you like that do you also like this? If you don't like this, might you like.....?

Too exhausting for me, so I'm sticking with what I wrote on the form (which you can use as a guide - or not). In the unlikely event my Santa is reading this - please don't go to any trouble or worry. If you think I'll like it, then I'll probably love it.

Knitette, you know we play this same game each year. At least some do -- I usually fall behind after a couple of weeks. When I get my name, I usually look at their last month's posts to see if they've answered any of these questions. If they have, good. If not, good. Also some people put their swap preferences in their profile and that is always very helpful.
