1) Do you like the Clover style binding clips? Yes, they are great

2) lace book marks? (stitched on an embroidery machine) No, not much of a reader

3) Do you like magazine subscriptions? if yes which one(s) Yes, looking for new ones. Subscriptions running out for Fons and Porter Love of Quilting and Quilters World and have decided not to renew. Been picking up a couple here and there from the news stand trying to find a new one to subscribe to. So this would be a nice gift, and a gift tht keeps on giving.

4) Do you do any hand sewing/quilting? Only my binding.

5) Do you like "fat" ink pens? No, actually very picky with my ink pens

6) Do you like small not pads? (small enough to put in a purse) Yes, I especially like the ones that have the magnets on the back so you can put them up on the fridge.

1. Do you think you'd use a set of numbered pins (for keeping rows in line etc.) I have a set of alphabet pins I use all the time. Sure they work much like the numbered ones do.
2. Do you use a thimble? No
3. Do you like the rubbery bobbin holders (to keep the thread from unraveling) Love them. So, as you can guess I own them.
4. What's one place you really want to visit in the country or world? Is Santa sending me on vacation???? Hmmm, where do I want to go. State side - Alaska, it is the only state in the US I have never been to. Mediterranean cruise, that way I can see more than one place

I really like it that so many are answering the questions. I also do the monthly SP swap and will have to remember to check back here often for ideas for their boxes.

probably wouldnt use numbered pins but can see where they might be a real help to some people, cant stand thimbles--have tried all kinds but it bugs me to have anything on my finger(i could barely stand to wear my wedding ring). the rubber bobbin holder things might be nice but i most likely not use them. there are many places i would like to visit--cant say there is any one particular place unless it was to visit my children in heaven for an hour now and then as i miss them terribly

1. Do you think you'd use a set of numbered pins (for keeping rows in line etc.) Yes.

2. Do you use a thimble? Yes, currently using two different kinds, and trying a third soon.

3. Do you like the rubbery bobbin holders (to keep the thread from unraveling) I've been wanting to try them.

4. What's one place you really want to visit in the country or world? The list would be much shorter if I put the places I didn't want to visit! If I could only pick one (that I haven't been to already), it would be Australia. Or Thailand. Or Egypt. Or...

The other night I got very excited when I found out kayak.com (a site for finding flights, etc), finally has an "anytime" "anywhere" search! Once I'm done helping my son with college, my dream is to find an inexpensive flight and just go, hopefully at least once a year. Destination will be determined by whatever is cheap (and doesn't require a visa to visit).
