Dreamer, everything looks so good! I'll have to try and find a recipe for the Christmas Candy Crunch. It looks like Chex, pretzels, M&Ms coated in white candy coating or bark?

Yikes! Time is passing too quickly for me.
My SS box is not quite ready to mail and I'm still
waiting on the arrival of another item!
I found so many beautiful fabrics to send that I've
had a hard time deciding which to send so I'm sending all of them.
I hope she can make something wonderful as they are
all color coordinated!
This is too much fun and I want to be a fly on her wall
to watch her open all the packages!!!

You had to be mailing International/Canada. Just a tip for International Mailing. I have found that the USPS is the cheapest way to go. I went to Fed-Ex one time and almost had a heart attack at the cost. Then I drove to the local post office and mailed for 3/4 of the cost Fed-Ex was trying to charge me.
For US mailing remember Flat Rate is our friend. It is shocking how much you can fit into a Flat Rate box.
Funny story....I am a rock hound and I actually go into working mines to collect gem quality rocks; well minerals is actually the correct term. When I was heading home from my trip in June after tourmaline mining I mailed myself a couple boxes of rocks home. I dropped off my two medium flat rate boxes at the post office and the clerk who took the package did not anticipate the weight. Keep in mind that if it fits it ships up to 70 lbs. The clerk looked at me and said; "what do you have in here, rocks." I just smiled and said yes!

I went to post office to mail package and was shocked to see how much they wanted for postage! $40+ so I had to make a few changes! Sorry Secret Pal but I had to make it a bit smaller, maybe a few items will make it you way over the next few months! But I got most of the stuff in the new package! I rethought the idea of sending fresh baked goods anyway! I am not sure how fresh baked they would be on the 4th or 11th of December! So we will share with the co-workers today!
Waiting in sweet anticipation! Mary~

AnokaQuilter, i've delivered a few flat rate boxes that weighed 40+ pounds! I had a customer who received lead shot.

Another "trick" to international mailing... Use the "padded flat rate envelopes". You probably have to order the envelopes online (but they are free). A box will be $43 or so, but the envelope will be around $24 to ship (at least to Canada). You can put up to four pounds in them, and they are pretty good envelopes, so don't tear easy. I've been able to stuff quite a bit into one, more than I imagined at first.
