This sounds like fun. Off to find a pattern or idea.

6. SIZE: The banner should measure at least 12 x 16, but no larger than 16 x 28 inches.

7. MATERIALS: Use 100% cotton fabric for the basic banner. Be as creative as you want. Embellishment is greatly encouraged!! The design can be from a published pattern or an original design. The possibilities are endless and it should contain at least one snowman.

Since it is cotton- I would think inside away from the weather

I don't know Sharon, if I get time to make it 1st, then I will sign up. Right now I can't seem to get much of anything done! I did finish up a project I was working on for the past 2 weeks tho :)

Do fabrics need to be pre-washed for this swap? I've never done one of these - just wondering. TIA

I'm off today and tomorrow, but I also have my almost 2 year old... so I'm going to try to get as much done as possible today and tomorrow. :)
