Such cute postcards everyone is making. Thanks for sharing with us. I am hoping to work on mine next week as I am busy on the road this week.

one of the great things about the fabric postcards i have collected over the past 6 years in swaps is the postmarks and notes on the cards. Why have you decided we should not mail these like post cards? just wondering...seems like it kind of defeats the purpose of a post card.
i have collected about 75 postcards so far from all over the world, all have gone through the mail as a post card. some were embellished with all sorts of things they are all very cool. i think i will just watch this one to see how it goes. just curious about reasoning for the 'new-rules'

What is the "new rules" you are asking about?

WE can put them in the regular mail or a package. If they are embellished, it can get caught in the machines used at the sorting facility.

Why would you be questioning my rules for my swap? I just don't understand the off the wall comments when you could have very easily sent me a private message. I'm rather tired of defending how I do my swaps.

I think the way you run your swaps is great, as far as how to mail the postcards that would be up to the sender I guess? mine has glitter and rhinestones so it will probably have it in an envelope, If the receiver would like it postmarked I have no problem with having the card itself postmarked also.

Thanks Veronica. I try to be fair for EVERYONE and like you said, you can have the post office hand cancel and what keeps you from writing something on the back just like a post card?

I just don't understand.

I have a ton of stuff to do today. We are most likely going to have my mother in law in the hospital so I will have to take care of the chickens and her dogs. I will get back with you tonight if you send me a private message.
