I did the same thing when I organized mine. Plus I added where the fabric was purchased, the manufacturer & the pattern name. Granted I didn't have it for all my fabric, but labeled the ones that I could.

Wow--that is some great organization and best use of those drawers.

Your drawers look so great. I purchased the comic boards on Amazon and so far they are sitting waiting to be used. I need to get busy and spend some quality time with my fabric and my boards and get them put nicely in the drawers. I use a dresser for part of my material and 2 - two drawer desk credenza's stacked one on top of the other and anchored securely by my husband so they don't topple. They are nice and deep and hold lots of material. So now all I need is to get busy and it.

what a pretty stash

Love your drawers and the lovely fabric! I also saw the idea of using comic boards. I bought 5 packages...lol...to put my stash on. After using up two packages, I realized I needed additional shelving so off to Ikea I went. Now the shelves are built and the project is under way. It's a great way to organize fabric for sure as i now know what i have! I'll post pictures when done.

That just looks like eye candy - I would think about framing some of your photos and hanging them up!

I must admit to opening the drawers almost daily just for a dose of inspiration! :D

I am always amazed at how much yardage so many of you seem to have of your stash fabrics. Yes, I might have one or more yards of some, but no where near this amount. It certainly looks nice. I like that you've got your fabric in drawers, out of the sun and dust.

Came out great! I love the comic board. Much cheaper than the ones made for quilters.
