Thanks for showing us the result of your hard work. It must have taken a lot of time but I imagine you enjoyed it. All those pretty colors!
Congratulations on your retirement! It's been a little over two years for me. I have not been as productive as I'd like but am hopeful that will change moving ahead. Being more organized is one of my goals, too.
Maybe there's a way to compromise on one of the bedrooms. In Florida, my sewing space is easily broken down for company (which we don't have all that often). Here, it's been more of a struggle since we have a lot more company. Not knowing your situation and since you didn't ask for feedback on your sewing space, take that with a grain of salt.
Enjoy!

Here's mine a three door closet. I bought an old Dr.s office and took the doors off the examining rooms and made this closet. It's certainly not as organized as yours, but I know where stuff is. Now my goal is to use it all up in the next 29 years!!

Congratulations on your retirement! Your fabric looks amazing! My sewing room had a "guest bed" in it for a very long time, and still has a big dresser (which I use mostly for sewing needs). I do all my sewing in the dining room because I love the big window.
